Further Information

Jeanine Ammann studied food science at ETH Zurich and worked for a few years in food quality assurance. After earning a doctorate on the topic of disgust sensitivity toward food and spending several years conducting research and teaching at the university level, she joined Agroscope, where she conducts research on sustainability and food policy. She is a social science researcher with experience in experimental studies (eye tracking, virtual reality, sensory analysis), surveys (qualitative and quantitative), and literature reviews.
