Lutte biologique contre les ravageurs des racines grâce à une combinaison de bactéries Pseudomonas, de champignons et de nématodes
Under optimal conditions, soil-dwelling microbes are an effective method for controlling root pests. However, few products are available on the market because registration is expensive and the requirements for risk analysis are unclear. In addition, efficacy can vary greatly from year to year and from location to location. To achieve more effective and consistent control, various biocontrol organisms can be combined.
In this project, three organisms are combined to control the small cabbage fly Delia radicum, i.e. Pseudomonas chlororaphis (PCLRT03), Steinernema feltiae (RS5), and Metarhizium brunneum (MA43), and tested in greenhouse trials and a field trial.
The goal is to generate data on the effectiveness and consistency of the combination, to investigate the interactions between the biocontrol organisms, and to contribute data for risk analysis.
