The dataset published on Zenodo contains all tables required to reproduce Figures 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 of the associated research article “Evaluation of solar-powered remote sensing devices for monitoring equine welfare”. These tables include the complete processed output of GPS and accelerometer data collected from both device types—the research device (RD) and the solar-powered ear tag-like device (ETD). Each table provides the summarized variables and derived metrics used for comparison of data quality, energy performance, transmission stability, and behavioral classification. No raw sensor data are included; only the aggregated data underlying the figures are provided. Figures 1–3 of the paper are illustrative and do not contain quantitative data.
