SoilJ is an ImageJ 1.x plugin for the semi-automatized image analyses of 3-D X-ray images of soil samples. Versions 1.3.13 to 1.3.20 added improved identification of POM, roots and earthworms and faciliate appraisal of potential soil aeration states. Additionally, a number of bugs have been removed during the recent updates.
