InnOBreed Webinar Series are designed to present and discuss digital and social innovations developed within the project to be better adapted to the needs and realities of organic fruit breeding. These sessions aim to support stakeholders in understanding, testing and implementing new tools and approaches, while gathering valuable feedback from users.
The first session is dedicated to digital tools for smarter breeding data, with two presentation: Breeders DB (from Poma Culta - Switzerland), and FRIGen (RFID-based phenotyping) (from CREA - Italy).
The second session is focusing on a social innovation: Participatory selection in apple and pear breeding (from CRA-W Centre wallon de Recherches agronomiques - Belgium)
The third and last session highlights another digital tool for data acquisition in the field: Fieldbook (from FiBL - Switzerland).
