Swiss Food Research, the leading innovation network in Switzerland, organized a bi-annual session, which exceptionnally reunited the Proteins4Future & Bioconversion Innovation groups. Agroscope, as a partner of the EU Commission’s CATALYSE project, supported Swiss Food Research for this event, which brought together over 60 researchers, start-ups, and industry leaders. Agroscope facilitated an engaging feedback session and presentation of the CoP. We collected feedback from 40 participants providing a clear mandate for the CoP’s future direction.
