Protection durable contre les virus, bactéries et phytoplasmes en grandes cultures

Le groupe de virologie et phytoplasmologie d’Agroscope à Changins diagnostique les maladies virales, bactériennes et à phytoplasmes des plantes, toutes cultures confondues. Centre national de compétences, nous repérerons ou anticipons les maladies graves, épidémiques ou émergentes, souvent de quarantaine, dans le but de protéger nos cultures, ceci dans un contexte de réchauffement climatique et de mondialisation croissante. Pour ce faire, nous développons des outils et des méthodes de diagnostic en microbiologie, sérologie, biologie moléculaire et génétique. Un diagnostic et des outils fiables et reconnus internationalement sont indispensables à une protection des végétaux moderne et durable, pour l’environnement comme pour le consommateur.
