This interview data has been collected by the Agroscope, the Swiss centre of excellence for agricultural research (AGS - agroscope.ch) in the framework of the project Agroecology-TRANSECT https://www.agroecology-transect.net/, specifically, as part of Task 5.4. This task is dedicated to a better understanding of how social norms inflluence farmers to adopt agroecological practices. Further, a special focus was put on agroecological networks and the role of women. The dataset includes: Codebook with original items in German and French and English translation [.pdf], Dataset with anonymised interview data from 22 Swiss farms [.xlsx]. This data has been collected by engaging farms that practise agroecology in Switzerland in the German and French speaking parts through qualitative interviews. The interviews were conducted between December 2024 and February 2025. In total, participants from 10 family farms from the German-speaking parts and 12 family farms from the French-speaking part were interviewed. More information can be found in the documents included.
