EcoVR: Experimentelles Restaurant Posieux: Methodische Grundlagen, Validierung und Pilotstudie
The staff restaurant at Agroscope's new headquarters in Posieux is also intended to serve as a research infrastructure for consumer studies in a real-world context. A newly installed camera system enables the recording of objective consumer behavior in a restaurant setting, allowing for ecologically more valid insights into food choice and waste compared to a laboratory context. In addition to the fixed camera system, mobile observation equipment complements the new research infrastructure and expands research opportunities to settings such as direct marketing at farm shops.
