Switzerland has a national nutrition strategy and an action plan “Aktionsplan der Ernährungsstrategie” by the Federal Food Safety and Veterinary Office (BLV). Recently, the Swiss Dietary Recommendations have been updated. However, public reception of these recommendations widely remains unknown. This is unfortunate, as knowledge of the recommendations could be the basis for the acceptance of political measures for a healthy diet. Therefore, the present project aims to identify promising interventions for a healthy diet and tests these interventions in terms of public support, depending on the respondents’ reception of the recommendations using an online survey.
